What is the shelf life for fudge?
We aim to supply with a minimum residual shelf life of 7 months

Where do you deliver to?
We use a courier to deliver our fudge to anywhere in the UK, for deliveries outside the UK please call us for a quotation

How much does delivery cost?
Postage costs are:
£5.50 for orders up to £100
£7.50 for orders between £100-£150
FREE for orders over £150

What are the terms of your delivery?
All Internet orders are sent by courier. On receipt of delivery, please ensure that all goods are checked. However, if you do not have the possibility to check the goods upon arrival, please ensure that the mention "unchecked" is added next to your signature on acknowledgement of goods. If the above is not carried out, Radfords Fine Fudge Ltd can take no responsibility for any goods found broken.

How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days of receipt of your order. If for any reason, we were unable to respect this time scale, we will contact and inform you of the situation. We will also contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within this time.

How are orders processed?
All orders are accepted when we receive payment via credit/debit card. Currently we accept payment through PayPal, or by BACS payment. PayPal is one of the easiest and safest ways to send payments online, and you don't even need to sign up. We reserve the right at anytime prior to acceptance to refuse any order, or request further information to process the order.

Do you have a refund policy?
We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully, however if you do receive damaged or broken goods, please contact us within 2 working days to arrange replacement or a refund for the products concerned.
