Methods of Payment
We accept Paypal payments, credit card via Paypal and BACS payments. If you choose not to use the
website to make your purchases, please contact the office by any method given in Contact Us and we will try to give you a professional direct sales service.
Please note that price information is correct but products, packaging and prices are subject to change or
substitution without notification.

Postage & Packing
Postage and packing costs are added at checkout.
Postage costs are:
£5.50 for orders up to £100
£7.50 for orders between £100-£150
FREE for orders over £150
For deliveries outside the UK please request a quotation for the cost of delivery by contacting the office by any method given in Contact Us.
All Internet orders are sent by courier. We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days of receipt of
your order. If for any reason, we were unable to respect this time scale, we will contact and inform you of the
situation. We will also contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within this time.
On receipt of delivery, please ensure that all goods are checked. However, if you do not have the possibility
to check the goods upon arrival, please ensure that the mention "unchecked" is added next to your
signature on acknowledgement of goods. If the above is not carried out, Radfords Fine Fudge Ltd can take
no responsibility for any goods found broken.
Returns Policy
We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully, however if you do receive
damaged or broken goods, please contact us within 2 working days to arrange replacement or a refund for
the products concerned.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order by contacting us directly. A standard fee of 20% of the order amount will be
charged to cover the administration costs occurred by Radfords Fine Fudge Ltd.
Shelf-Life
We aim to supply all orders with as long a shelf-life as possible with at least 4 months residual shelf-life on
receipt.
